Associated Appraisers of Walla Walla LLC provides farm management services to land owners in Eastern Washington. All services performed are customized on an individual basis.  To assist our clients, we:

• Become familiar with the farm, the farm owner, the farm operator (where applicable) and their expectations for the farm operation.
• Perform a complete inspection of the farm.
• Make recommendations regarding lease alternatives and discuss the income potential and benefit of each.
• Locate the best qualified operator (if necessary) or meet with present operator and recommend lease options.
• Farm owners and operators/tenants are kept up-to-date and informed of decisions made, as well as asked for input, on potential upgrades and/or changes needed on the farm. The level of involvement is at the farm owner's discretion.

We assist clients to purchase and/or sell properties totaling in the millions of dollars. To better serve our clients, we can function both as a selling broker or an acquisition agent (buying broker). 

Extensive contact with local owners and operators, as well as extensive community involvement and appraisal experience, has made our staff specialists in agricultural and commercial/industrial sales and acquisitions. We are able to quickly pursue sales as they come on the market and target sales to interested parties.
